General Subscription Information
When you purchase a subscription for Galaxy.ai's services ("Subscription"), you agree to the following terms regarding payment, billing, and refunds. These terms are designed to ensure fairness and transparency while reflecting the unique nature of the services we provide.
By subscribing to Galaxy.ai, you authorize us, through our secure third-party payment processor, to charge the payment method you provide (such as a credit or debit card) for the Subscription type you select. This includes all applicable taxes and other fees. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information to ensure uninterrupted service.
No Refunds Policy: Why It Is Necessary
When you subscribe to Galaxy.ai, our system immediately reserves access to costly supercomputers and cloud resources to deliver AI-powered tools and services tailored to your needs. These computational resources are reserved and paid for upfront to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service delivery.
As a result, all payments for Subscriptions are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except in the specific circumstances outlined in this policy. By completing your Subscription purchase, you expressly waive your right to dispute or request a refund for the charges associated with your Subscription.
This policy is clearly presented to you during sign up as well as the checkout process, and by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Subscription Billing and Renewal
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. Billing cycles are annual, and payment for the entire Subscription Fee is required upfront. Renewal charges will be billed to the payment method on file at the then-current Subscription rate, unless otherwise notified.
Ongoing Subscription: Your Subscription will remain active until you cancel or until Galaxy.ai terminates it under the Terms of Service.
Cancellation Terms: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account's billing section. However, cancellations will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
Exceptions to the No Refunds Policy
We strive for transparency and customer satisfaction. While refunds are not generally offered, we may, at our sole discretion, consider requests for refunds in the following limited circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If there was a demonstrable technical error on our end that resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge, you may contact support for review. Any refund for such issues will be determined solely by Galaxy.ai.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter. If you experience any problems with our service or billing, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter with Galaxy.ai may constitute a violation of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
Please note that any disputes filed with a payment provider will be handled with the following documentation:
Proof of your acceptance of the Refund Policy during checkout.
Logs and records verifying your use of Galaxy.ai's services.
Documentation showing the nature of services provided and the resources reserved on your behalf.
Important: To protect both you and us, we aim to avoid disputes entirely by maintaining clear communication and high service standards.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time as required by changes in business needs, technology, or applicable laws. Updates to the policy will be communicated to customers via email or platform notifications.
